Are there occult symbols in the Royal Navy emblem

• The crown is like a skull with red eyes, like death emblem/Nazi insignia
• The anchor looks like a cross with a circle

• Along the top of the crown are 18 white dots = 6+6+6

Additionally, the black silhouette of the center of the hat looks like a headless figure in black; the crown as the lungs, rises up out of flames of fire with the cross circle as the navel and the serpent crawling up the spine, while the anchor looks like the pelvis. The 12 gold flames =
